1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bh999c ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the bh999c website, mobile platform, and all associated services including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, crash games, and related promotional activities.

By accessing bh999c, registering an account, or participating in any game or betting activity offered by the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on bh999c, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules.

bh999c reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms take effect from the date of publication on the bh999c platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the bh999c platform and close your account by contacting support at support@bh 999c.app.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the bh999c platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bh999c is an adult-only platform. Players under 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity on bh999c under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of bh999c, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not acting in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the bh999c platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been subject to a permanent ban or self-exclusion from bh999c or any bh999c-affiliated platform.

bh999c employs Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification procedures. Where verification documents are requested, the Player must provide a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the appropriate Bangladeshi authority. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games and betting on bh999c, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Single Account Rule

Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one bh999c account. Operating, or attempting to operate, more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. bh999c uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and any bonus funds or winnings accumulated across such accounts will be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bh999c account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bh999c will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bh999c support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.4 Account Accuracy Updates

If any of your registered account details change — including your mobile number, residential address, or payment method — you are required to update your account information promptly. Outdated account information may delay withdrawal processing or KYC verification. bh999c accepts no liability for withdrawal failures or delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bh999c accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. bh999c does not accept cryptocurrency transfers, foreign currency wires, or third-party payment methods not listed here. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the bh999c cashier section and may be updated periodically.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your bh999c wallet in real time upon confirmation of the mobile financial service transaction. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect in your account. bh999c does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply standard transaction charges under their own fee schedule.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within thirty (30) minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. Withdrawals are paid only to the payment method registered to the Player's bh999c account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered Player, or unverified payment accounts are not permitted.

4.4 KYC and Withdrawal Verification

bh999c applies KYC verification requirements for cumulative withdrawals exceeding ৳20,000. Players must submit a valid government-issued photo ID (NID, passport, or driving licence) and proof of ownership of the payment method being used. All submitted documents are reviewed within 24 hours. Withdrawal requests will be held pending KYC approval where required. bh999c reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

4.5 Refund Policy

Deposits are credited to your bh999c gaming wallet and are intended for gameplay. Once a deposit has been used to place one or more bets or wagers, it is non-refundable. Unutilised deposit balances (where no bets have been placed) may be considered for return upon written request to [email protected], subject to identity verification and bh999c's internal review process.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by bh999c are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, only wagers placed on eligible games count toward the wagering requirement. Bets placed on excluded games, or bets that are voided, refunded, or cashed out early, do not contribute to wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bh999c reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk or opposing bets to artificially meet wagering requirements (known as "bonus hunting"), and exploiting errors or technical faults to obtain bonuses not legitimately earned.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued by bh999c carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets that remain unused or whose wagering requirements have not been completed by the stated expiry date will be removed from the Player's account automatically without notice. Expiry dates are stated in the individual promotion terms at the time of issuance.

5.5 Seasonal and Special Promotions

bh999c may run time-limited promotions aligned with Bangladesh's major sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL season offers, Eid promotions, Pohela Boishakh rewards, and IPL-period cricket betting bonuses. All such promotions are subject to these Terms and any promotion-specific rules published at the time of the offer. bh999c reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Betting Conduct

6.1 Game Availability

bh999c offers casino games, live dealer games, crash games, sports betting, and instant-win titles. The availability of specific games and betting markets may vary and is subject to change at any time. bh999c reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games in its lobby without prior notice to Players.

6.2 Bet Acceptance and Void Bets

All bets placed on bh999c are subject to acceptance by the platform. bh999c reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets may be voided where: they are placed on a market that has been suspended or withdrawn; a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; or bh999c has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount, and no winnings are paid in respect of voided bets.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

For cricket betting and other sports betting markets offered on bh999c, bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result, bh999c's determination shall be final. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to live market availability and may be suspended at any time during the event at bh999c's discretion.

6.4 Technical Faults and Game Malfunction

In the event of a technical fault, server interruption, or game malfunction that renders a game result uncertain or invalid, bh999c reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Players. bh999c accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of technical faults beyond its reasonable control, including network failures on the part of third-party game providers.

6.5 Responsible Betting

Players are encouraged to set personal betting limits and use the responsible gaming tools available in the bh999c account settings. bh999c is not responsible for financial losses resulting from a Player's failure to use available responsible gaming controls. 7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bh999c platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraudulent deposits: Initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your payment provider after funds have been used for betting or gaming on bh999c.
• Identity fraud: Registering an account using another person's identity, personal details, payment method, or NID documentation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market offered on bh999c.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on sporting events where you have knowledge of, or involvement in, any attempt to manipulate the result of the event.
• Software exploitation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool to place bets, harvest data, or interact with the bh999c platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Money laundering: Using bh999c as a vehicle to launder proceeds of criminal activity. bh999c is required to report suspicious financial activity to appropriate authorities and cooperates fully with all applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Abuse of staff: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward bh999c customer support staff or other players. Such conduct will result in immediate account suspension.

Where bh999c identifies or has reasonable grounds to suspect any of the above conduct, it reserves the right to: immediately suspend or permanently close the Player's account; void all pending and settled bets placed during the suspected period of prohibited conduct; withhold and forfeit all funds, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits, in the Player's account; and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your bh999c account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Please note that voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you may have incurred under these Terms prior to closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by bh999c

bh999c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms or any platform policy; provision of false or incomplete information during registration or KYC; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; or receipt of a regulatory or law enforcement instruction requiring account action.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who choose self-exclusion through bh999c's responsible gaming tools will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period chosen. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened or reversed once activated. Requests to reopen an account following a self-exclusion period are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off review and responsible gaming assessment by the bh999c support team.

8.4 Effect of Closure on Funds

Where an account is closed by the Player voluntarily or through a responsible gaming self-exclusion, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method. Where an account is closed by bh999c due to breach of these Terms, fraud, or prohibited conduct, funds in the account may be forfeited at bh999c's discretion, and no obligation to return such funds to the Player is recognised.

8.5 Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. Any dispute arising from your use of bh999c that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. bh999c will acknowledge all written disputes within 48 hours and aims to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days. bh999c's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions.
